Prospective Residents

Reliant Living Centers of Oklahoma welcomes inquiries from families, guardians, and care teams seeking residential support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our team works closely with each prospective resident’s support system to review care needs, required documentation, medical information, and eligibility requirements.

From the first conversation through admission day, our goal is to make the process clear, respectful, and supportive. We coordinate with Admissions, QIDP, Nursing, and the Business Office to help ensure each new resident’s transition is handled with care, preparation, and dignity. Reliant’s admission materials include coordination of medical, financial, guardian/POA, and level-of-care documentation as part of the new admit process.
